What do I do if my employee has a work related injury?
Proceed to MD Medical Clinics 1300 N Kraemer Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92806.  If you have never been to MD Medical Clinics you may phone 714-630-6363 ahead to have your companies information entered into our system to expedite the process. Contact us to assist you and your company with setup and consultation.
 
What insurance do you accept for work related injuries?
We accept most workers comp ins and are on most Medical Provider Networks. You may contact your ins company or MD Medical Clinics to find out if you are on one of our many panels.  If you are not we can apply for it and have you nominate us as your designated medical clinic.
 
What if my employee has a minor injury?
We provide First Aid treatment for your employee and will assist you the Employer with guidelines
on non-recordable injuries.
 
How long will I have to wait?
Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis and depending on severity of the illness or injury.  We do our very best to get you in and out, door-to-door, within an hour.
 
How long will I have to wait for a Flu Shot or Tdap Vaccination?
There is no waiting for these vaccinations.
 
What if I need a lab test or an X-ray?
If our physician orders lab or x-rays, our technicians will perform the tests while you wait.
Our physicians will review all x-rays before you leave.  After the lab tests have been reviewed (this may take a day or two), the physician will call you with the results.
 
What if I need to see an Orthopedic Specialist?
Referral for an orthopedic specialist will be provided for you, with the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic injuries and disease. If an injury occurs a complete evaluation is done to diagnose the problem and assess function. He will take a non-operative approach to treatment if possible with anti-inflammatory medication, physical therapy, pain management etc., before surgery is considered or recommended. 
 
What if I need Physical Therapy?
MD Medical Clinics provides all your physical therapy needs right at this location with our Registered
Physical Therapist.  All physical therapy is authorized prior to treatment by your ins company and all treatment is monitored for no over utilization. We are open to the public as well, call for an appointment.
 
What if I need to see a specialist?
If the physician feels you need to see a specialist right away, such as a plastic and hand specialist or any number of other specialists, MD Medical staff will contact them for you from our list of highly respected referrals and make arrangements.  We will  also provide you with the necessary test results, including a copy of  your x-rays.
 
Can I bring my child or myself  in for the Tdap Booster?
Yes, we provide vaccination for students entering 7th - 12th grade. State law now requires Tdap booster  proof on or after their 7th birthday.  The Tdap booster helps prevent tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis and is currently stocked at our clinic. Health agencies are also encouraging  adults to get the pertussis booster shot.
 
Do you treat private walk-in patients?
Yes,  with  the  flu, colds, wounds, infection, lacerations, tests, x-rays, flu shots, etc. (we do not treat gynecological disorders) either on a cash or credit card basis. 
 
Do you do DOT Federal drug screens , Certified DOT/DMV physicals and have a Consortium I can join? Yes, We have our own DOT Consortium for random mandatory drug testing if you'd like to join or just come in for DOT Physicals or NIDA Federal Drug Testing. Our Physicians are Certified DOT Medical Examiners.
 
Do you do Pre-placement or Sports physicals, or Fitness for Duty Exams?
Yes we can do all your pre-placement/employment physicals and customize it to fit your company's needs.  Yes, we can do your child's Sports Physical. Yes, we can provide you with a Fitness for Duty /Return-to-work exam.  All physicals and exams are performed by our Board Certified Physicians.
 
Do you do Pre-placement/Pre-employment, Post-accident, Reasonable Suspicion and Return-to-work Drug testing? Yes.  All lab tests are tested by our state-of -the art lab with prompt turn-around. We provide MRO services. For Rapid Testing we provide insta-tests, or eScreens with instant results, unless specimen indicates a possible positive,  the specimen will be sent to the lab for confirmation testing with 24-72 hr turn-around.
 
Can we bring our employee in for Breath Alcohol Testing?
Yes, we provide instant results for all Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT).

What  hours are you opened for business?
Opened Monday - Friday ~ 7:30 AM - 6 PM   (closed Saturday and Sunday)
